I bought a home from a local developer who use this company as their landscaping subcontractor. They laid turf in the middle of a heatwave and prepared the ground 4 days in advance meaning it was dry again by the time they laid it - there were stones (which they deny, and claim were dried clumps of mud) left on the ground and turf laid on top of them. I watered the turf daily for 3 weeks without walking on it, as should be done with turf. When i did first walk on it after 3 weeks and despite the high levels of watering, the supposed clumps of mud still did not break up and can still to this day be felt through the lawn. I have had an ongoing complaint with my developed and each time they go back to the company they deny there being an issue without having the decency to even come and look. The turf was laid in the heat of sun and the men who laid the turf did not even bother to tell me that they had finished so that I could go and set up the sprinkler as soon as they were done. In all honesty, if i could give 0 stars then I would. I would also advise anyone buying a Home from a local developer not to pay them for turf, as this outfit are who will be contracted to do the work and it will not be to even an amateur level. I wish i had tackled the job myself.
