        Attended a wedding. Vegetables were hard, an accident happened resulting in me being hurt, owner and other staff didn't even acknowledge it happened. Not even asked if I was OK. Had to fill out my own accident report. Extremely upset with how they handled the situation. Completely ignored. Safety: Screen not secured so easily knocked over. Needs better risk assessment especially if children are around.

        Room was incredibly small. No hot water in any of the rooms, leaving an elderly woman with no hot water to wash with. This wasnt communicated beforehand to allow different measures. Poor communication as had made the booking including breakfast but did not supply an elderly woman with food, only a pastry as a supplement. Pretty venue but didnt feel too welcome. Accident occurred with another guest and they did not acknowledge and only provided accident form after requested. No concern shown Noteworthy details: Check the prices if paying once there and what you have booked, as werent aware they even had an elderly lady staying in one of the rooms for one of the nights. Safety concern!
