Professional, knowledgeable & puts client care first. An excellent practitioner, thorough explanations and after care advice. When someone takes the time to really listen and doesnt rush your paperwork or treatment, it really sets them apart. Highly recommend.

Hazel gave a thorough consultation .I had numerous questions and some nerves as my 1st time having Profhilo. From our initial greeting she made me feel at ease, and the procedure itself, talked me through every step prior and during. The results are starting to show already 3 days in , and my skin is feeling and looking more hydrated and healthier and only had the 1st session. Cant wait for my 2nd! I am really pleased I took the step and went to Hazel. She is a very professional & knowledgeable practitioner.

I went to visit Hazel over a week ago and I have to say she is the most professional person you will meet. Articulated and explained everything in detail. Made me feel so at ease. I would recommend her to anyone. I will definitely be going back and will not be looking for anyone else to carry out my treatment.

Dr Hazel is is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced Aesthetics practitioner and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Below I have outlined why. Right from my initial enquiry I felt I was in in safe hands with Hazel. We discussed if treatment was the right option for me, and on agreeing it was, Hazel took time to give me all the information I needed, as well as plenty of time for asking questions. I learned a lot about the treatment, the science behind it and the best tips for aftercare to prolong the results.I didn't just have the treatment I also became knowledgeable in it! Both the consultation and the appointment were very relaxed. I found this experience was in contrast to a lot of other clinics where I was rushed in and out of the door so another customer could get through. With aesthetics treatments costing upwards of 100 this is the type of customer service and care I appriciate. Hazel also takes time to follow up with each customer making sure they are happy with the results after treatment takes place. Two weeks in and I am extremely pleased with the results. With the care, attention, information and aftercare, ( not to mention the fantastic visible results!) I feel it was money well spent. I will most definitely be returning!
