    Over the past few years, Ive felt very out of shape with continual lower back pain, sciatica and a weak core. However, since training with Lou, my back pain has improved massively, Im changing shape, losing weight and my whole body is so much stronger plus I have a lot more energy on a daily basis. I didnt have a clue about weight or strength training before I came to lou but Im so glad I found her. She makes you work hard but without realising it as shes down to earth, relaxed and makes you feel immediately at ease. The perfect trainer. Highly recommend.

    I have been training with Lou for nearly 12 months now and I thoroughly enjoy every session! She ensures your plan is tailored to your goals, she is supportive, friendly and flexible. I now enjoy working out and lifting weights and look forward to my two sessions a week! As a busy, working Mum of two training with Lou gives me some important me time, it keeps me healthy, feeling good and sane! I couldnt imagine exercising anywhere else!
