Dicksonia Antarctica arrived and was delivered by a really friendly driver who helped me get it into the garden. Allan is very helpful and replies to every e mail with honest helpful advice. This company goes above and beyond. Ive dealt with a lot of online plant companies, this one exceeds every other experience. Wanted to say a huge thank you for my Dickinson palm which was delivered to me a couple of weeks ago by a fantastic gentleman.He kept me up to date by phone re my delivery to me and he could not have been more helpful-carried the tree to where I wanted it placed in the garden -all in a cheerful manner and then I asked loads of questions about looking after it and he was brilliant and very knowledgable and patient. Great. Ordered a 6ft tree fern. Arrived today in perfect condition and a few inches over 6ft too, Bonus. Managed to slowly move it myself, but be prepared because they are heavy. Its planted and wrapped up for now, hopefully see those fronds in the spring. Thanks guys

Great buying experience. I was sent photos of Polaskia cacti I was interested in by Allan the manager and was able to choose from these. The cactus looked good in the pics but was even more magnificent in the flesh so to speak. Paul the driver was helpful, polite and friendly. An extremely satisfactory buying experience all around. Buy with total confidence.
