My daughter and I were both quite nervous to go looking for a Prom Dress but we need not have worried at all. Rachel at Luxe was an absolute angel from us walking in the door to my daughter saying yes to the dress. Rachel was beyond helpful, honest and helped my daughter in her choice. She suggested dresses and colours that fit my daughters likes and at no point did we feel pressurised. We came away ecstatic in the choice my daughter had made and so so happy with Rachel's 5* customer service. If you are looking for a Prom Dress do not hesitate to visit Luxe you will not be dissappointed.

Visited there on Saturday to buy a prom dress. Lovely shop and the staff were fantastic it was a lovely experience for myself and my daughter got a beautiful dress from the great selection.

Excellent experience purchasing my daughters Prom dress from LUXE. The initial appointment was made to feel very special, the private room used to try all the dresses on is beautiful and time was of no issue. They take into account the school and remove any dresses already sold so there is no issue with my daughter wearing the same dress as someone else at her Prom. Alterations were organised and are fantastic, her dress fits perfectly. The shop itself is beautiful and the clothes are so reasonably priced. Overall I thoroughly recommend visiting LUXE.

Absolutely loved my experience here with my bridesmaids. We tried so many different styles and found the perfect bridesmaid dresses for my 6 best friends! Would recommend to everyone I know who is wedding planning. The staff are so helpful too!
