Booked pre covid and had a couple of cancellations, Ann was amazing and so helpful, finally one of the holidays to Iceland happened, I felt like a stalker, asking question on question, nothing was too much trouble, had the best holiday. I never normally write reviews but felt I should today, booked to go to Portugal, we fly on Sunday, both me and my daughter have bombarded with questions requests and concerns and ,today I rang about the locator form to fill in tomorrow, at 4.50pm, Ann answered the phone, and it is her birthday today, went on the website and helped me so so much, any holiday your booking, rhe customer service is amazing, I won't book with no one else, bring on lapland in Dec, thankyou so much for all your help gang, your the best
