As soon as you walk in you're greeted with the reception area and a well stocked vending machine offering protein meal/snacks, recycleable canned water (they're so nice) and empty reusable bottles (free water machine in the gym). Changing rooms are seriously chill and high end. I mean who doesn't love the GHDs in there
Great range of gym equipment from weights to cardio machines. And no awful harsh lighting or white walls to contend with either. The room has more of a dark hue with HUGE mirrors which is sooo refreshing!
The toilets are up on the mezzanine along with a coffee machine, seated area and x2 sets of toilets. They also have a toilet on the ground floor and a stand up sun bed (tokens are available in the vending machine)
