        I rang for an appointment and was given one on the day at Sabden. Having been seen by Dr Mo I was given treatment which has improved my symptoms. I was dealt professionally by the receptionist who did ask about my symptoms to triage me.

        Some of the receptionists extremely rude. Plus no one should have to wait 3-4 weeks for an appointment

        Polite, friendly and efficient. I was seen by the Doctor on time today. I have never had any issues with this practice and have always found the people there to be caring. They do the best possible job in the most difficult circumstances....sometimes you need to wait but that is not their fault.
