        good product, but customer service not good . I ordered 8 panels 6 foot high. When it finally arrived and my fencer did the job we were 8 planks short . So i contacted elite balustrades and i was told that 12 planks were 6ft , where in fact with the spacer and top and bottom rails it was 68 inches, as measured by both the fencer and myself. But they would not budge and said it was my mistake and and i would have to pay the extra shipping cost which i argued i shouldn't have to pay as it wasn't my mistake. To the point of rudeness , he insisted it was my mistake . As i was desperate for the planks i paid, but the experience left me frustrated and upset as it was the end of a continuous chasing up of product and delivery
