Ive found Ribble Valley Slate provided an excellent product and service. Phil was very helpful as my requirement for fireplace hearth had some individual features and he suggested specific changes to my plan to avoid damage. He explained features of slate and I learnt about key features of this material. Phil is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. His communication skills are excellent and Ive emailed him subsequent to delivery and hes been helpful to answer my enquiries.
