This is a beautiful shop with lovely gowns but bear in mind that they do not have an inhouse seamstress to help with alterations and will recommend local bridal alteration companies who will try charge 330 for their bridal package without even seeing the work needed on the gown. It was a nasty shock to realise that had I just gone with the recommendation I'd have spent over 2,000 for my dress. Abit of a bitter ending to what should be a lovely experience.

Having been to a few local bridal shops, I can safely say that the experience I had in Lulu Browns was second to none. With no idea about the style of dress I wanted before my appointment, I was a little nervous but that soon went away and I was made to feel at ease immediately. Jinny was patient, knowledgeable and utterly lovely - I left feeling like Id made a friend. There was no pushiness or pressure. I felt totally in control of my appointment with just the right amount of guidance. Also, the fact that the beautiful rooms are private makes it you feel like you have the whole shop to yourself! Lulu Browns was an amazing experience to buy my wedding dress from the start. I loved browsing the website for different dresses prior to my appointment as it got me thinking of the style of dress I'd like. I am very indecisive and it took me a while to find the right dress for me, I did a lot of browsing but nothing was like the Lulus experience! The team were so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The whole experience was amazing. I'd highly recommend them! Thank you Lulus for making me feel incredible on my wedding day!

What a gorgeous place! We were looked after as soon as we walked through the door and had a really special, pampered experience. Meg was so lovely and helpful, guiding me especially as my wedding date is quite soon. Not to mention their absolutely stunning selection of gowns, Would recommend to anyone as a must for going finding their dress!
