We had a potential warranty issue with a couple of Victron Batteries we purchased less that two years previously. Kuranda processed the claim expeditiously and although warranty didn't cover the delivery costs the products were replaced and hopefully will provide the kind of service such batteries should deliver. Thank you to all at Kuranda for their help in resolving the issue..

The service, advice and support given by Darren and the team at Kuranda are second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. Darren was pleased to satisfy my request of upgrading the firmware of the item for me, which required considerable time and effort for him. The item was shipped that day and arrived the next. There was a slight issue with the item; however, Kuranda went out of their way to resolve promptly and adequately. I would have no concerns with purchasing from Kuranda in the future and would recommend them to my colleagues.

I found kuranda to be more than helpful, they gave me free advice upon re calibrate of my diesel drip heater, and over the years I have had excellent help and service from them, I would recommend them to anyone.

I've been buying from Kuranda for over 12 years, first a Dickinson Antarctic diesel heater for my first boat, I was given great advice and I was more than happy with the service I received, the heater was simple and reliably faultless , keeping my 43ft boat warm and dry throughout winter. A few years later and into my second boat, I bought a Wallas 1300 paraffin warm air heater, it was over 20 years old and Kuranda were still able to supply the service parts to keep it running and give me useful tips on servicing the unit myself, they could have told me that only they could service it but they were happy to give free advice and not fleece me. . Last year I made the decision to upgrade to the Wallas 3.0GB as diesel was a cheaper fuel source than paraffin. Again great advice from Kuranda, they didn't try to load me with unnecessary extras. And the new heater works a charm keeping my 35ft Endurance warm and dry. I had Kuranda service the new unit at the end of the first year as this was required by the guarantee, I had problems finding a cost effective courier and so Kuranda stepped in and arranged their courier which cost about a 1/4 of the prices I could get. Whenever I have needed parts or just advice, the people at Kuranda have always offered a five star service. I really can't complain and I have happily recommended them to many of my friends.
