The staff are very friendly the building is quiet old and has some great features and decor. The lighting is not the best but ok I went with a group and this was fine the local shops are a few minutes walk away with nice fresh air! This s is not a hotel but is a community which is bookable I presume. So far the food has not been that good but I await further meals for the stay. Whaley hall has a chapel too! The staff are very accommodating and I did not feel that having a disability should prevent anyone from going there.
