Would definitely recommend Brooks for anyone wanting the reassurance for high quality and a trustworthy company. Trusted both Sam and Will from the offset and we weren't disappointed. We did have a small hurdle to face when both doors were made the wrong way around (something I believe has never happened for these guys) but they dealt with it really gracefully. Took full responsibility and were really reasonable in negotiating a plan which best suited us. One door was remade and fitted within a couple of weeks and quality not compromised. They both look fabulous, so so pleased and will definitely be back for matching windows!

We are absolutely thrilled with our windows. We have had numerous compliments from people passing by our house. We would highly recommend Brooks Joinery. Both Will and Sam are polite and very professional. Gary also attended on a couple of occasions and it was a pleasure to have them working on our home. We would definitely choose Brooks Joinery again in a heartbeat. Thank you for such a professional job.

What can i say, Will and Sam are real craftsmen and have been superb from start to finish on our windows / doors for our kitchen extension. Right from the first meeting where we discussed what we were trying to achieve, they were proactive in terms of coming up with ideas on how to achieve what we wanted and the finished product is stunning. The quality of the windows / doors and the attention to the small things (ie. how to hold the doors back when open) are a testament to their professionalism and expertise. We were so happy - we ordered matching doors for our living room which have just been fitted. Great guys as well - would thoroughly recommend you speak with them if you are in the market for Windows and doors!

I had windows fitted in Accoya wood by Will & Sam. This included a large arch as part of a barn conversion. My planning permission allowed wood or aluminium. I guess that aluminium would provide a long term solution and I did have a window made from aluminium fitted. However, having had my new windows made from Accoya there is only one way forward for me in any future project and thats Accoya made by these guys. The windows and doors are solid and feel bulky and robust. Aluminium is fine but rattles and condensates and just doesnt have the same feel as the Accoya. This wood is unbelievable and coupled with the skill and level of detail of these guys from Brookes Joinery what more can you ask for. Given a choice going forward I would select this product and Brookes Joinery without hesitation.
