Highly recommend Marc & Jen, a fantastic family business promoting health & fitness in an exciting way. James started when he was 5, he's 8 soon he absolutely loves seeing Marc and his amazing instructors. Marc encourage's, building confidence, discipline and teaching the children new skills. Every lesson we have been too is always fun, and exciting. I highly recommend Synergy performance fitness Ltd.

Synergy performance is fantastic, i have started to use the spinnig bike and i love it, they are so smooth and there are programes you can work or do your own workout with your own music and you have the studio to yourself which i find is perfect. There is no pressure nobody watching you as in other gyms and this is what i needed so i can 100% focus on my workout. Also its very bright and clean with shower and toliet, everything you need to clean machines before /after workout is provided. Synergy have worked hard on making this a really good place to train thank you guys 10/10.
