Still havent received a refund for cancelled order or any of the call backs Ive been promised now having to wait to raise a claim through PayPal to try and get my money back.

I called and made an enquiry, they took my number and called back within 10 mins after they checked stock and availability. Purchased 2 x items, and at a great price. I placed an order in the shop via the website and after only a few moments I had my first issue! I didn't receive any confirmation of my order in my mailbox. Strange. After waiting a few days, I decided to get in touch to find out the status. Unfortunately, no one deigned to answer my email. After waiting 2 days, I called the shop and was informed that the order would be shipped next week. Another week went by and the order was still not here. I made another phone call and was told that as soon as they knew more about my order(!?!?!) they would call me back. 2 more days passed and silence.... Now it has been 3 weeks and my patience is over. I do not have my order or any information on what is going on. The matter has been reported to PayPal and all I can say is - I DON'T RECOMMEND and I sincerely advise you to shop elsewhere. Very unprofessional approach to business.
