I booked Sykes to pick up and return my mum (who has mobility issues and is pretty vintage) plus her friend. Booking service was slick, polite and efficient. So top marks for that. But the driver experience was above top marks and Id rate it 6/5 if I could. Desh was prompt, polite, attentive and a super smooth driver according to mum who raved about how great he was, a real credit to the firm. This company is amazing. 1st rate. I would highly recommend Desh who is just so professional and makes the entire experience first class. Ideal for any occasion where you fancy a bit of luxury.

I have used their service a great number of times. Sykes Partners is totally committed to achieving and maintaining high standards of work in every aspect of their operations. I am filled with astonishment every time I communicate my requests with the owner, no matter what level of difficulty or inconvenience on their side, your requisites will be met. There were a number of incidences when I needed to stop by for flowers or food and they were happy to accommodate these moments. The owner is just truly sincere and devoted in giving you the best service and offering far beyond his commitment as a Chauffer. And he instilled this mission to his colleagues. I find all of them very respectful and considerate of others through their behavior and through the stories they tell. Their driving manners are appropriate and safe. They are proud of what they do and exceedingly professional at the same time genuinely friendly. Their fleet of cars are pristine inside and out. I vastly recommend this company.
