Chadwell Heath Post Office

How can customer service be this terrible. It blows my mind.

this is the worst post office in Chadwell Heath, the service here is so poor and really really bad. It will never improve, it is always too busy because the two ladies at the counter are so rude and not very nice when they talk to the customers. they work so slow at their job. they look fed up and bored. the two ladies at the counter are so rude. the rude lady who works at the transfer money counter was on her phone, I was waiting in the queue with my sister but she served the other girl but not me and my sister, the rude lady went somewhere else and disappeared for a long time. only one counter was available, we just wanted to refund two packages. the other lady at the counter is no better, so very rude and has a horrible attitude on her. not very helpful and not a very nice lady either. This post office needs to be investigated or it should close down and the two ladies that work at the counter should be sacked. This post office has gone downhill, it was good before but not anymore.

The other reviews please believe them when they say they charge more than they are supposed to. They don't help you and just charge you max without giving any other options.

Two days back I went to this post office to deposit my money and I counted wrong my money at that time officer shanta is at the office. She recognized it and she saved my 50 pounds. They are giving a great service. Thank you shanta

Terrible service. I'd warn people against using the passport service at this post office. They charged 16 extra on top of the 82 for the passport application, got the address wrong, and only said sorry, no refund or anything despite now having to make us go through the lost passport process and having to pay another 82 for another application. It would've been easier to not use them at all, and cheaper.
