We went to the studio to get our passports photos done as we have many times before. Their service is always fast, efficient and above all, friendly. Highly recommended!

I was rather disappointed that the passport photo for my middle child wasn't accepted. I wish I listened to my gut and retook another picture. The picture got rejected by the home office and luckily the person I was speaking to was very understanding and asked me to send another picture in with the passport application. That was 15 wasted. In addition during our visit, although you both were very professional and did see us without an appointment, we were very appreciated, but you did mention this a number of times to us. If it was an issue, you could have turned us away. And I think it's also common curtesy to wait for your customers to leave your shop before wiping down any surfaces! I get trying be at a hygiene standards, it's great. Even as a customer, I would like to be in a clean shop, but wait till we leave. It made us feel unwelcoming. And final point, if a father is trying to calm down their child to take a picture, don't tell them to move out of the way in a rude manner. We were trying to do you a favour by leaving quickly.
