Great options, been here since my parents from a little girl, I take my own children here and some have grown up now and are still going there . It's been over 20 years now , people are very welcoming , helpful, polite and always send reminders in the post for when your next eye test is due . I recommend this optitions to any one .

A week ago we called in to see wether it was possible for the optician to be a referee for child citizenship application, we were adviced by lovely receptionist to come in on Tuesday to see the optician and discuss this matter. I came in today with my mum and brother and left in shock. The optician was so rude, she was shouting at us for no reason. I cant explain how she was acting but she was very angry, screaming at us while walking back and forth making us feeling super uncomfortable, we had my brother with us who is 9 years old and he witnessed all of this and was very confused as to why the optician treated us like this. We received this attitude only because we came to inquire wether she should be a referee, she could have just calmly said that she can not as she knows the child 2 years 11 months not full 3 years, about which I also wasnt 100% sure wether it has to be 3 years. I didnt raise my voice, didnt scream back at her, didnt give her attitude so I did not deserve to be spoken to like this especially from a professional. My mum is registred patient here and so is my brother but now we will be looking for another optician practice where we can be treated with respect and in normal manner from optician and not screamed on. Utterly unacceptable to speak in this manner with your patients. PS over the years we didnt come across any issue with the practice up until now.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have been bring my children here now for a year and I will always go back, also I would recommend them to friends and family
