Betta Clean

Visited here for the first time ever this week even though I've lived in the area a long time. The service was excellent, friendly and helpful. I took in a large jacket that had got recently muddied on the outside as well as having a long time build up of other stains inside. They did a great job of cleaning and waterproofing it for a great price and my jacket now looks and feels as good as new. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank you!

I took a suit and a dress to dry cleaning and they gave them back to me still smelling the perfume worn in the event night. They refused to clean them and their attitude was awful.

We've been using Betta Clean for years. Everything is pressed and cleaned and we get a great service from them. We went elsewhere at one time to get shirts cleaned and pressed but weren't happy with the service so came back to Betta Clean and have never left them since. We go in almost every week. I now ask them to hem trousers and skirts. The gentleman running the shop is a real, old fashioned courteous gentleman. I can't understand why there are two bad reviews - maybe it is the way those customers treated the staff? They are brilliant in this shop and a lot of people are regular customers because of that.
