        This ladys work is amazing, I can not fault it so much thought and care gone into my order, I purchased the trinket box with a photo on for a gift and I was not disappointed at all, I will be coming here first for anything I need in the future. Communication was excellent as well

        Gemz by emz has by far the best customer service I have ever received! She has gone above and beyond to create a Xmas present last minute! I ordered the same necklace from a reputable well rated company but it came and I was so unhappy with it! I emailed gemz by emz later than what I would deem acceptable and she has given me the most amazing present I can gift at Xmas! The packaging the detail she has created on this is by far better than I have received in the past for similar presents! Couldnt give a 10 star but If I could I would! Well worth paying that tiny bit extra for the quality gemz by emz provides!!! Thank you again so much!!

        Ordered a necklace from this lovely lady, I wanted a necklace with my Nan & pops on. The ordering was so so simple and easy to do and within a few days my order had arrived in the most beautiful packaging. Was such a joy to open it and the necklace didnt disappoint. Absolutely stunning. I put it on straight away and I wont be taking it off. Cant recommend this shop enough.
