Receptionist is very unhelpful dosen't matter what is your emergency always tell you same things "call tomorrow morning 8:00am or 14:30pm" but nobody answer when you call.

Today I called the surgery for an emergency appointment as I had a really bad fall yesterday the lovely receptionist was really helpful and gave me an appointment, The GP was also really lovely and helpful . Thank you so much for your help today.really appreciate it

Worst dr surgery ever the doctors are nice when you get appointment. I tried calling 116 times to be told will get a call from doctor between 9.30 and 12.30. By 2 I called them back to be told have to book again and doctor tried to call twice. I have no missed calls at all been sitting by phone all day. Should go back to face to face appointments maybe people will get seen. They dont know how serious a problem is if they cant see you.

Receptionist is very rude, asks what the problem is I told her you are not qualified to ask and its private she thinks she doesn't need to study to become a doctor, 2 weeks to book an appointment after spending have a day calling the surgery.
