        I am so so glad I found Bump Start to go to for our pram. Every staff member was so helpful and friendly, could answer all our questions and were super accommodating. We were able to test out all the prams we wanted, even checking that they fitted in our car all folded down etc. The store not only has prams but such lovely nursery furniture, car seats, baby nests and anything you could really ask for! Thank you for such a smooth shopping experience. Cant wait to be able to use our purchase

        Really excellent service from all the ladies in there, no pressure, very accommodating and very helpful. Didnt really feel like we wanted to buy in the day going in but were more than happy to walk out with a purchase. Would 100% recommend!!!!

        Janette was super helpful when I came to buy my out n about pushchair. Its only 24hrs home and already been over the fields and far away. Feel confident that if we have any problems bumpstart will get them sorted.

        Can't recommend the Bumpstart Baby Shop highly enough - the team were so knowledgable and friendly, and great to see so many brands and weigh up the different options out there. We will definitely be coming back!

        Bumpstart is just honestly the best baby shop you could find. They have been a continuous support for us throughout our journey from pregnancy to having a 6 month old. Every step of the way, they are truly wonderful. All members of staff are kind, thoughtful and just amazing at their job. We have been back a few times to get advice and have never been turned away or not taken seriously, which has been so important as a new parent. We had a manufacturers issue with our travel system, and Bumpstart's customer service and assistance was far superior to the manufacturers which was practically non-existant. We cannot praise Bumpstart and all of their wonderful staff enough, it's a shame we can't give an extra few stars!! Thank you for everything you have done for your family.
