        Happened to be in Weymouth when phone camera stopped working. Very helpful chap fixed the settings and then saved me 10 per month on my contract. Result!

        Im an elderly person and this week I visited Vodafone in Weymouth. I needed a lot of help concerning my mobile phone. An extremely nice young man sorted everything out for me. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I was most grateful to him. He wore a name badge. DAVE. Thank you again Dave, you are a credit to Vodafone.

        I don't like giving bad reviews but it was only by chance I looked at my online account to see that my new packaged included the 'old' extra, the very thing I wanted removed. Please ask staff to thoroughly check new contracts. Cost me time this morning to sort it out.
