ive had three piercings from this shop that were unfortunately shocking. a navel piercing that rejected in less than a week due to being pierced wrong for my anatomy and a helix piercing that was done wonky and never healed so i had to take it out. aswell as an oddly placed helix that just looks off. you get what you pay for -and here at this low price, thats awful piercings. had some bad customer service with a piercer who was rude and when he took his gloves off had filthy finger nails avoid edit: as a response that particular incident with the male piercer was a few years ago. the other incidents were in 2022. definitely your studio. definitely your poor piercings : ) Service: Ear piercing

Absolutely disgusting attitude from front desk, really rude, very aggressive and intimidating, was left in tears, I was asking for a different artist as I have been told by various people that he was very painful, did not want to give me my money back, I felt ganged up on and they were laughing, very unprofessional xx

Had the misfortune of having to deal with this establishment today. After being gifted some vouchers. And changing our mind on who we wanted to do it. ( which Im sure youre allowed to change your mind, especially when its a tattoo youre going to have on your body forever) the receptionist followed by eight members of staff, unbelievably started being aggressive, so we couldnt change we wanted to do the tattoo, and at first refused to give the vouchers back. After myself been asked to leave the shop, for sticking up for the person. I had to stand outside while I watch this person cry, while being verbally attacked. This was all done in front of an eight-year-old child. I am still absolutely shocked by this behaviour, from a professional establishment. Ive never really experienced anything like it., quite unbelievable, to walk in somewhere and say youve changed your mind, and to find yourself in the middle of a aggressive, verbal fights, was quite shocking. I was considering booking myself in for a tattoo also. Would never cross the door ever again. Shocking behaviour. Im sure they dont treat all their customers like this, the problem is what we handed the vouchers over, eventually they will give them back. But to return Ill have a tattoo done now, would be unacceptable. Service: Tattoos
