        When I first started going to Abbie i was experiencing pains in my back that were linked to sciatica, Abbie helped to stretch this out and relieve some of the pain by giving me exercises to do while I waited for a scan with MSK. I now visit Abbie once a month at least to help, I could not recommend her enough for any injury or if you just need a sports massage or anything then give her a call or message she would be more then happy to help!
