        This gentleman is fantastic! He diagnosed the problem with my fairly old sewing machine over the phone, told my reasonably tech-savvy other half what to do about it, and within minutes we had a working sewing machine again. Thank you again kind sir. If you have a sewing machine problem, he's your man, I cannot recommend him highly enough!
