Whitesands

Whitesands apartments. We try to come here every year for a well earned break. The esplanade apartment is a lovely, clean, large 2 bed flat that can sleep upto 6 easily. We love it here as it's conveniently situated for the town, beach and harbour. The booking team are always helpful and the cleaning staff are very friendly and will do their best to help if you have a problem. Just a couple of issues.... Its said to be an accessible apartment but the toilets and sofas are both very low so can be problematic and the wet room does get extremely wet after a shower and the floor is slippery. I brought a toilet riser, lots of booster cushions and a large bathroom mat with me but others may not and this could be an issue. Other than this love it! UPDATED REVIEW... stayed here again from 8th April for a week with my granddaughter. As usual my stay was great and helpfully a new shower chair in the bathroom meant no struggling with the toilet as could use the arm of the chair as a handle. New sofa was easier to get out of too. Nice surprise not having to feed the meter for electric as well. Both of us really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to everyone. Thankyou.

Stayed in the beach view apartment, was absolutely fantastic! Will definitely be booking again. Literally ideal location beach front, town is just a street away and so is the harbour! Fabulous views over the beach and the apartment was outstanding! Had everything that we needed and was super clean. Comfy bed, lovely shower, a washing machine/ dryer which was great as used everyday pretty much. Had a lovely break away, thank you very much to Hannah and staff! Walkability: Literally ideal location, right exactly where you want to be, town is literally down a road and you are by all shops and harbour and beach! Fantastic apartment!
