Not a helpful company Tried to change my booking well in advance due to ill health in one of my party, There just kept sending a script email and would not read what I was saying. The property has a few issuers and after a few weeks I have not heard anything, I will not use them again Yet again, I did email you on many times via the help part in your web site you just responded and say its not your issue, Happy to take the money then do sod all else
