Would not send anything or anyone to live here. If I could give zero stars I would!! Thank goodness a close eye by relatives was kept on my Nan while she spent time here. Many falls were had by Nan including 1 that went unreported for over 48 hrs to then find out her hip was broken!!!! Please, please if your relatives are living here do check in on them I could go on forever with encountered problems but if this review saves even just 1 person of living in utter misery or worse it will have been worth my time writing! Check in on your loved ones as I pray for all that live there x

Due to COVID restrictions we are only able to visit Mum in the downstairs room, this room allocated for visits was clean and comfortable. The management and staff are always welcoming and efficient. All COVID regulations were adhered to by the staff, which was reassuring. Mum looks well and was smartly dressed and clean. We are very pleased with Mums care at Agincourt Care Home, thanks to all staff for looking after Mum so well.

We are really happy with Mums care. She says that she doesnt have so much pain. I dont get to visit anything like as much as Id like to but I dont believe this has any impact on Mum.

My dad went into the home in February with Dementia. Living overseas and then with the covid virus, it has been difficult to see him.So communication with the home has been vital. Matt, Sally and the team of carers have always answered the many questions and provided information in a kind and caring way. Not being able to visit my father has been heartbreaking. So photos posted on the Facebook page has been invaluable. To see him involved in activities and looking happy.very reassuring. As l have got to know the staff over the months, l find that they are friendly and caring. I admire them for the job that they do especially in what has been a difficult time. So a big thank to all the staff.
