        The Letting Agent has been managing the rental of my house in Portesham since 2018. We live in North Wales at the moment, making it hugely difficult to remotely manage the property ourselves. Julie and her team oversee all aspects of the letting for me. With brilliant efficiency, they quickly handle any maintenance issues which crop up, and all aspects regarding contracts, payments and finding new tenants. I cannot thank them enough for making a difficult situation so easy and completely worry free for us.

        We have used The Letting Agent to let and manage our flat for 5 years, and they are excellent. They have found us great tenants who have never caused us any problems.
