        So far my experiences there were ok with some inconveniences sometimes - but today just topped it. Normally I don`t like going into that branch, as the opening times are never right and I never can make it on a workday as the post opens after 9 and closes before 5. Even the opening times on the door are not accurate and many times I had to turn around because it was shut.Today I went there to drop some small international standard parcels and letters to customers from my online shop off. When the guy at the desk heard - EU, he went instantly "Oh, UK only. All services to the EU are suspended" (covid) I couldn`t believe it, but he assured me that there were no outgoing flights. I went home and had to refund all my customers! Before I put up a message in my shop I checked the royal mail page later on, didn`t find anything. So I went into the branch in Chickerell and asked them.. they said that there are no restrictions and all international services would still go ahead! They apologised for my inconvenience! Now I can message all my clients and ask them to order again!!! I would recommend the little post branch in Mc Coys in Chickerell. You can drop off your parcels there 6-22 on weekdays, and tha`s just a very little branch!
