        Signage not brilliant, post office at back end of shop. Queueing not obvious either. I didn't see lady queueing, apologised and went round. Next people in did exactly as I did. Prompt service, coldly polite, no smiles. Shop has cards, gifts etc. Quite nice.

        One person on and chatting to a member of the public who they knew - we waited for ages for the personal conversation to end - We walked out

        Went there today for a passport renewal service, was told it wasn't working.... Ask when it maybe up and running again... "don't know but nearest place to get it done is Bridport" I drove there and back all done. I believe Weymouth town post office has now become a retail outlet with sub post office services... With a new tablet you could reinstate this passport check and send services, but retail outlet is the preferred option it seams.
