        Ok for first visit to repair a leaking joint on pipe to water heater for my 89 year old mother.Agreed to replace her tank when leaks reappeared and quoted a price. Promised to contact me to agree a time "tonight" "tomorrow" then a week later finally text and said he would come "on Monday at 10.00am" by now I had contacted another plumber and told him if he was definitely coming I would put the other plumber off and he assured me he would be here as he offered. Needless to say he didn't turn up and no further contact received. Very disappointing attitude. Service: Water heater installation
