        I phoned to ask advice about having the pharmacist seeing my toddler, they answered very quickly and were friendly and helpful. Once we got there we were really impressed with the stock on offer and generally how nice the shop is. Once again staff were friendly and helpful in person. We had a short wait for the pharmacist while he signed some prescriptions and he quickly answered our questions and gave recommendations for treatments.

        No customer service, friday afternoon, wont answer the phone and then leave it off the hook to ensure they will not deal with emergency enquiries

        Left a 1 star review previously but the service seems to be improving. Not had to chase for my repeat prescription for a few months so I can only assume improvements are being made, hence the review update.
