ASDA Pharmacy

Having just queued for half an hour to collect a prescription that was sent lunchtime today by gp I was told to collect in half a hour. When I said I couldnt because I was meant to be at work I was then told I could have prescription back or wait. Having no choice but to wait as my daughter was in pain ( 2nd visit to gp in a week), I returned in half a hour to rejoin the queue AGAIN. This Pharmancy has an appalling set up and appalling counter staff attitude! ! There is no logic or consistency as to how it is ran as I can also collect prescriptions immediately rather than having to return to collect. How is is ran depends on who is on shift that day

Awful rude girl, Rachel i think, didnt have a clue amd unhelpful, shouting through the glass instead of moving to where you can actually hear her. Never again.

I am absolutely disgusted at how poor the service is In here! I stood waiting for 35minutes without even being acknowledged! The female staff stand laughing, giggling and chatting, hiding out the back just ignoring the customers some of which had been waiting well over an hour! I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed so bad with Asda Weymouth pharmacy!!! This seems to be a reoccurring problem here!!!!
