Amazing groomer! My dog is very nervous and I know he is a pain but he always comes out looking very handsome. They take great care of him every time

Absolutely terrible! They shaved me Shih Tzus face/muzzle area so close that he was whimpering when he scratched it, it is open and sore & bleeding going to the vets today as it looks infected. I wish I could add photos to this review so I could show how bad it is! I messaged Julie the owner and I was told its razor rash and it was open and bleeding because he had scratched it, like it was his fault!! He looks awful, I had to put a cone on him. I took all 3 of my Shih Tzu & they shaved around all of their eyes, right down to the skin. I took them to be groomed and now I have a dog in pain and a vet bill as well. I would give no stars if I could, I feel so guilty that I left my dogs with them.
