Kate AKA Physical Recovery Coach gives an incredibly detailed service directly catered to your individual needs. Every one of us has a whole web of complex 'needs' both physically & emotionally that are extremely personal to us. Kate offers a safe & comfortable space, in her private studio, in which you are free to really express what is going on and spend time focussing on YOU. I have had a particularly rough couple of years with a birth defect causing all sorts of knock on effects & have really challenged Kate bringing ankle, then hip, then shoulder all into the mix & it hasn't phased her one bit! Whether I need assistance on managing pain, building strength or a much needed relief through massage Kate has the knowledge & expertise to advise, guide & deliver. As you can probably tell I cannot recommend Kate highly enough for an all round but intricate service.

Both a brilliant and professional service, all in a safe and comfortable environment. Kate really does have your best interests at the heart, with continued support and advice. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the Recovery Coach for her expertise and care.

Kate has done wonders for my back. I used to get such awful pain in my lower back and Kate has managed to alleviate this for me. I cannot recommend Kate enough. If I could give more stars, I would.

Kate is the kindest person, she listens carefully to your health concerns and tailors her massages accordingly. I always feel so much better after my massage sessions and go regularly. Kates knowledge is exceptional and she has helped me through good times and bad. I can highly recommend her.

I turned to Kate as a last resort when I had been struggling with years of foot/leg pain and had seen multiple other professionals without improvement. Not only has she coached me through to a full, pain-free recovery, her skills, care and dedication have meant I continue to train with her to increase my overall strength and capability. I cant recommend her highly enough. If you are thinking of contacting her but arent sure - do it! She is kind, compassionate and really knows her craft.
