I have worked out with Luke for over 2 months now and all I can say is WOW! Luke is incredibly knowledgeable around all areas of fitness and his motivations skills are amazing! He has helped me achieve my goals and is pushing me further! If you are a beginner to the gym or an avid gym goer, Luke can give you that extra expertise to push your training to the next level! I would recommend him to everyone!!!

Luke has worked with me as a PT for 4 months and has given exceptional support and guidance. His knowledge with exercise and nutrition is of a high level and he pitches it just right. To top it off Luke is a great guy which just makes training fun - something I didnt think I would feel about the gym!

I was recently on holiday in Dorset, and contacted Luke about the possibility of doing a couple of sessions with him. He quickly responded, and three sessions at a very reasonable rate were arranged. I'm 58 and have always been into fitness. It's always good to be reminded of good practices and techniques, and on this occasion with Luke, to learn something new, I worked muscles in a way I hadn't done before and it was a great way to work the muscle to failure! With each exercise Luke explained not just how to do the exercise safely, but why we were doing the exercise. Luke is a very good PT, but just as importantly he's a nice bloke, and someone I can guarantee you'll feel comfortable working out with.

10/10 recommend training with Luke! Hes been training clients in the gym for the past few years and hed often give me advice or form techniques if he saw me struggling or at risk of injuring myself. Id fallen out of routine and was struggling to get good workouts in but since starting training with Luke, I find myself more motivated and wanting to get back in a good routine, eating good and lifting heavier! Luke keeps the session entertaining and keeps pushing me the whole time even when I feel Im unable to do something (only stopping if he feels I will injure myself)! His advice, professionalism, motivation and terrible jokes are just a bonus! Alongside this, Luke encourages me to push myself out my comfort zone when it comes to eating more, as this is something I struggle with, so I will be able to see results and progress which is one of my goals!
