I can not recommend Jenny enough. A fellow yoga teacher recommended her to me after I injured my hamstring quite badly. I noticed a significant improvement after just one session and now after a few sessions its as if nothing happened. I wont stop my appointments though. Its important to keep everything in check alignment wise and Jenny is kind, funny, professional and extremely thorough. She knows her stuff! I just wish I had made the effort to book an appointment sooner before I had even injured myself. This is as vital as going to the dentist or servicing your car and quite frankly I feel like a new person thanks to Jennys expertise.
