        Charlotte and Peter at mortgage solutions were absolutely fantastic. I started out attempting to get a mortgage with an unfair default on my credit rating. Charlotte took the time to help me get this overturned which I was successful in doing. Charlotte gave me brilliant advice (as a first time buyer) the whole way through the process and all of it was invaluable! Both Charlotte and Peter gave advice when the surveyors report came back with problems and I was able to renegotiate the price due to confidence they gave me. I am now in the most beautiful forever home which, at the start of the process, I would never have been accepted a mortgage for and without Peter and Charlotte, this dream would have been impossible. Thankyou!!

        I tried and failed to get a mortgage in 2021 as I have a non standard build. This year I happened to hear about Mortgage Solutions and gave them a call. They managed to get me a mortgage at a reasonable rate with no problems whatsoever. Bob and Peter have been very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process and have always been very quick to answer and resolve any questions I had be it over the phone or via email. So, a big thankyou to both of them. Needless to say, I can't recommend mortgage solutions highly enough
