Exceptional service from Warren and his team. Took my Grandma in to the shop to buy her first mobility scooter. Everything was explained so clearly to her, scooter delivered straight to her house and help with all of the corresponding paper work. Couldnt have asked for me, and so reassuring to know loved ones have received so much care and attention. Thank you very much!

What can I say. Recently visited Dorset and after phoning round several hire shops I found these and their prices were beyond reasonable. This was a last minute booking with delivery to the campsite where I was staying. They arrived exactly in time. Showed me exactly how the scooter worked amd even put it in the back of my car. Had no issues at all with the scooter during my hire. They were very adaptable when I requested an amendment to my collection time. From start to finish this was a 5 star service. I honestly cannot recommend them enough and if I am ever to visit Dorset or surrounding areas in the future I will 100% hire from them again. Thank you so much x

We are at Camp Bestival and our Quantem power chair stoped working. Bumped in to these guys as I was walking back to our van and asked if they could have a look. So thankful to them they got it working again. Big thanks to the quantem rep as well who was on hand via video call. Honestly, Thea guys were just dropping off a hire chair for another customer and when I asked they didnt hesitate to offer help. Thanks so much guys you got us out of a real problem today.
