for BRIDPORT BRANCH, posting here because no help from Bridport banch: AVOID. To begin with, he forces to bring CASH, most likely tax evading, this will be reported to HMRC. This shop installs cheap chinese screens as replacements and they break within 1 day. Phone screen broke, he fixed it, it stopped responding after 1 day of use, he refused to fix it despite providing a faulty screen or incorrectly installing, then left me with no option but to pay another 130 for a second repair due to needing my phone urgently for work purposes. Phone stopped working within 1-2 weeks, screen unresponsive, screen protector not smashed, no damage, but phone screen not useable. I took it back to him, he refused to help, no warranty, no refunds, nothing, 250 spent on 2 repairs in 2 weeks and left with a phone that does not work. He was extremely rude, not helpful and no after care service. I ADVISE NOBODY TO use this shop. You will be left with a permanelty damaged phone and lots of money wasted.

10 days to fix an iPhone back glass and ear speaker. I was told it would be a few days, then a few more, then a few more! The cost also changed throughout speaking to different people ended up paying more than what I was told at the start.

Fixed my iPhone screen, then this caused it more issues a month later. Were not interested when I went in again for help. So thay changed the screen , but it was wasnt done correctly now its causing further issues.

Used them again today for repair for my iPhone charger port. Excellent service, very competitive price and friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend.
