Jon was both professional and helpful and remained calm when my sale became complicated. I found him extremely knowledgeable and it was a relief to be able to leave everything to him n the knowledge that he would act in my best interests. Throughout the process he was completely trustworthy and he did everything he could to take the pressure off me. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who is looking to sell their home with the least stress possible.

I cannot recommend Meyers Estate Agents highly enough whilst searching for a property in Weymouth earlier this year. We contacted Jon Williams and within 2 hours he had liaised with his clients and had secured us a viewing later that day although none was scheduled. He afforded us extra viewing time because I had travelled quite a distance. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable and highly professional. A real gentleman. During the period up to Exchange he kept up a dialogue and when we had questions he liaised with his clients and responded quickly and in detail. A first class service from start to finish. Having worked with Jon for many years I had no hesitation in recommending him to my brother-in-law and his partner. He is a fantastic estate agent and has his clients best interests at heart. He managed to get a great price for their flat which meant they could buy a better house than they originally thought they could. We were in regular contact with updates throughout the process and everything went smoothly. I would absolutely recommend Jon to anyone looking to sell their home, he's genuinely the best estate agent I've known, he will get the best price possible, he's a nice guy, easy to get along with and very approachable.

I dont even know where to start with this review without turning it into a novel.. But my partner and I found ourselves in the right situation to move up the property ladder. We had previous agents come into our old home but no one could be compared to our first interaction with Jon Williams. His personal experience in the housing industry outweighed anyone else's we had previously met. He explained everything to us, including the costs with no hidden charges and how it all works from start to finish. There was an instant like from us towards Jon. Jon is extremely approachable, knowledgeable and very helpful. He had a professional photographer come in to guide us on the best way to show our home to get it ready for viewings. Jon was with us every step of the way for selling and buying even if it wasnt his responsibility, and unlike other agents weve dealt with. He is still on the other side on the phone if weve any questions even after weve moved. He already knows, if we did ever want to go through all of this again then he would be our first point of contact. Thank you so much Jon.
