        Good on the personal touch...I priced a job,too low,so I needed a good paint went for hammerite because it covers in one coat, rusty uncared for gates so I was up against it ,from the start. The older one of the two gave me help and actually gave me discount which I liked driving the price down by a couple of quid,nowadays if I'm buying in bulk that counts. But and here's the but,the brush he sold me was totally useless..and I popped into the range and got three for nearly the same price..!!! On a job using hammerite especially this time of year ,you go thru brushes like because the bitumen/tar makes them unworkable... So 12/10 for given me a discount..but 3/10 for selling me a unusable brush.. If they were to source a different supplier,instead of trying too compete with the likes of b&q.give discounts,then I buy from them..but I'm looking for quality at a fair price......??
