        After they fitted my carpet I hoovered and the corner of the carpet came up off the floor! There were also frayed bits of carpets sticking out from under the rail at the doorway. When I told Stephen Hayter he was appalling rude with not even an apology. He told me on the phone that he couldnt be bothered with me when I wasnt available at the time he wanted to send his fitter round. Awful company. Interesting that they have a 5 star review on Facebook from someone whos a member of their own family! Makes you wonder.
