Vape Town

Absolutely disgusting service, bought many vape mods, juices, coils over the years but bought juices and coils recently but the taste was disgusting, went back and the guy in the shop said they didn't taste right, haven't been able to use them, changed the coils 4 times in 4 days as I thought it was the coils that were faulty, I wanted to bring them back and exchange for some juice that didn't taste like chemicals but they wouldn't do it as I had put the nic shot in, how do you know something isn't good unless you vape it? Now I am 70 out of pocket for 4 juices and 4 coils that hadn't been used other than the first couple of puffs. I will never reccomend Vape Town to anybody again and I will never go there again. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Superb customer service. Nice to speak to a representative and be advised in a shop rather than ordering online! Mark was helpful, knowledable & honest. He didn't up -sell which has saved us money in the long term.. thank you Mark we really appreciate your help!
