I put over 1,000 of apparel (9 cashmere sweaters, 3 shirts and a blanket) to be dry cleaned on 24th Jan through the Spar shop at Musbury, expecting it back, as it should have been, on 31st. No show. Spar cannot get them to return any of several calls. I cannot get them to return a call. Recorded messages. I don't like nor appreciate non-communication and I am fearing the worst. So as far as I am concerned this is a lousy organisation. Service: Organic dry cleaning

Wow oh wow! I cannot thank Park Laundry & Dry Cleaners enough! My partner managed to spill an entire mug of black coffee all over our super king feather duvet and electric blanket. By word of mouth I stumbled upon this business and I was not disappointed. The staff member I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and when I got there the lady who dealt with me (Anita) was so kind and helpful. I got 10% off my bill by paying for my cleaning in advance (what a bonus!) and they were so reasonably priced considering it was a SK feather duvet. I dropped my items off at 10.30 and my duvet was ready for collection by 16:30. The electric blanket needed air drying so I was advised I would need to collect that Mon or Tue but Tuesday would be better to ensure it was fully dry. I was really lucky to find them and for them to fit me in and they got all the coffee stains out both my items, result! Also, to add to my joy, when I returned in the afternoon to collect my duvet, I had my husky with me and Anita fussed over him which always makes my day. I love dog friendly businesses! Thank you so much.
